Lori is a thorough and competent professional who always has our company's best interest in mind. She set up an LLC for us, did a superb job in handling a buy out of ano...ther company. Hired Lori after a referral from another attorney, to handle estate/trust concerns. Very dissatisfied with her non-professionalism, lack of urgency, very egotistical demeanor - doesn't listen to concerns or answer questions. Definitely had her own agenda, seeking to work out deals with opposing party... that we did not seek or want to pursue, which she charged heavily for. Several thousand dollars paid and nothing resolved. Hourly fees much higher than others, as found out upon seeking new representation. I would not recommend!
