Great attorney. Thankful that God lead me to him as I was in a nightmare divorce involving three small children. My case also involved CPS and a pending foreclosure. I couldn't have been in better hands than with Bart who was very experienced and versed in family law and the family court system. He also was able to masterfully negotiate repayment of the loan with my bank and get us out of foreclosure while the divorce pended. His secretary was always wonderful with me and had the patience of a saint with my endless calls. His assistant was also diligent and did a great job. I would definitely recommend him!
Mr. Ray grew up in the Bradenton area and has served as an attorney in the area for most of his career. He attended Pine View School from 1975 - 1976 and graduated from Bayshore High School in 1979. He went on to complete undergraduate work at Tulane University and received his Juris Doctor from Stetson College of Law in 1987. After graduating, Mr. Ray worked as an Associate Attorney with the Law Offices of R. Earl Warren P.A. in Englewood, FL, and has been a Partner at the Firm of Paster, Ray and Cohen working to serve Bradenton area residents since 1992.

Foreclosure
I received a notice of foreclosure and had no idea what to do, who to call, or when I would be kicked out of my home. I spoke with several local attorneys, and wasn't satisfied with their approach on defending my case or the cost for representation. I finally talked with a friend who suggested I speak to Mr. Ray, so I setup an appointment and I am glad that I did. Mr, Ray thoroughly reviewed my case with me, listened to me with attentiveness, located online records and thoroughly explained my options, and what defenses could be used in my case. Mr. Ray and his staff are courteous, respond promptly(I sent an email on a Saturday and received a response about an hour later), attentive, and actually care about their clients. I am very thankful for everything Mr. Ray has done for me (kept me in my home for over 2 years, and continues to fight my foreclosure case). If you are in need of an experienced foreclosure/litigation attorney, I strongly suggest you retain Mr. Ray.

In a world of takers, Mr. Ray is a giver!
Mr. Ray has been my attorney for over 4 years. I first met Mr. Ray when I was at a very low point in my life, going through a divorce that was shattering my entire family. He handled my entire divorce with professionalism and grace. He kept his calm while my world was falling apart. He kept me on track and led me the entire way through his expertise and wisdom. His recommendations at that time are now my saving grace. Without him, I would now be in a much less comfortable situation. His knowledge and foresight saved me in more ways than I can count. He was recommended to me by a close friend who went through a horrible loss, and without Bart, she would have lost everything. She feels the same way I do- we are both grateful to Bart for his constant care and follow-thru. Mr. Ray also guided me through the foreclosure on my house and handled the entire ordeal. He answered numerous emails and met with me whenever I just needed to "talk". He also advised me on the sad occasion that I had to close my business and liquidate - he kept his cool when I was a mess. Most recently he handled my entire Trust and Will that I set up for my family. It was fast and very inexpensive and once again I feel that I can breathe easier knowing that I have Mr. Ray in my corner. His office staff are friendly and thorough- If I call or email, I always get a quick response.
Bart has gone the extra mile for me at every turn- he would be the very first person I would call in any legal matter. If it wasn't for him, I would have taken an entirely different path which would have left me penniless and even perhaps bankrupt. I have recommended Mr. Ray to several people and will continue to do so. I feel confident that if any future legal needs arise he will be there to "cover my back"..

Thank goodness for Bart Ray
Was very well informed; made positive suggestions and was available for my phone calls. I always felt better after speaking with him. I have recommended him to many of my friends who are also pleased with his services.

Look elsewhere....
Does not return calls or emails, and does not keep me updated. I really had high hopes for this attorney. I thought that he was really going to go to bat for me, but he has let me down. I just don't hear from him.
