My equipment sales and rental business based in Toronto Canada required frequent travels into US. There were several expansion possibilities which developed and I was very confused how we could best make use of them for long term gains.. I met Mr. Goldman and discussed the possibilities and he advis...ed us on E2 investor opportunity available to Canadians. The process sounded very complex initially but the way it was Handled by Mr. Goldman was very impressive. He gathered all the relevant information's in a very simple format and translated them into a very effective submission to the US Consulate as support documents to E2 Visa applications. All through the process Mr. Goldman was very easily approachable and very patient with numerous questions I had. The support letter and the compilation of Tabs were excellent and helped us get a 5 year visa to expand our business in US. I strongly recommend Mr. Goldman and I am glad I went to him for his advise.

Mr. Goldman is an excellent lawyer . His knowledge and work ethics are phenomenal ! First experience I had with Mr. Goldman was free consultation , he took his time and explained everything I needed to know about my case (green card based on my marriage to my husband who's an american citizen ) . I ...had no doubts when I decided to hire Mr. Goldman and I was very pleased . Every time I had a question about my case he responded rite away with an answer via email or a phone . You don't get those type of services nowadays and I was very great full for all his help ! 3 weeks from a day my paper work was submitted to an immigration office by Mr. Goldman I was scheduled for an final interview , and not even month later I was approved for my green card . Mr. Goldman was present during an interview and as always he was very supportive and help full ! I'm a very happy client and I would recommend Mr. Goldman's services to everyone !

My experience with Mr. Goldman is less than satisfactory for a couple of reasons: 1. Not responsive. Mr. Goldman's office would never give a call back. I had to call myself a couple of times, very frustrating; specially if you have other things to do other than making sure your lawyer's office stil...l exists. 2. Not knowledgeable. Don't let impressive resume to full you. You will get more accurate information by making an appointment with an immigration officer, or simply going on their website. At numerous occasions I was given inaccurate information, and when confronted Mr. Goldman about it, he pretended that we never spoke about it on the first place. 3. Poor attention to detail and lack of follow up. Mr. Goldman as well as his staff is making many mistakes while filling up important documentation. I feel than when you pay a lawyer you shouldn't be double and triple checking his work yourself. His numerous mistakes resulted in more money from my pocket and all kinds of confusion with my documents. 4. Very slow. We all know that Immigration is already pretty slow processing applications. Well, Mr. Goldman is even slower. It took him more time to put paperwork together than it took Immigration to actually process it. 5. Unprofessional. Once his assistant made an appointment for me at 5 pm (I didn't even ask for a late appointment, she offered it herself). During the appointment Mr. Goldman mentioned a couple of times that he had to stay after hours for me and I should appreciate it.
