Sandra Lynn Bucha

I approached this firm McCue, Reams, Bucha and Associates in Bradenton, Fl where attorney Sandra Bucha works and explained my medical malpractice claim against a pain management clinic in Bradenton. My first question to paralegal Denise Acevedos was "do you have a conflict of interest with the mentio...ned clinic" and she said no. She then asked if I could send her my complaint via e-mail. Five days later, Ms. Acevedos called me back and said "unfortunately they cannot take my case as they have a conflict of interest with the clinic." I felt like I was lied to by this firm so they could get my complaint in advance. Maybe they defend this client who knows but they should have disclosed this up front to me. I caution anyone from using this firm and always ask if there is a conflict of interest and do not send your complaints in till they can provide you with a letter stating they have no conflicts. This was unprofessional conduct if you ask me.
