Kenneth Allen Wiggins

Hired Mr Wiggins and gave him a $10k retainer which he has kept and has done absolutely nothing. He told us he was going to file an action but it has been months and he has done nothing we know about. He told us he could keep the money and do nothing. He has kept our money and he has done nothing.... We are filing a small claims action.

My daughter was abandoned by her husband in the middle of a medical illness (2017). Mr. Wiggins offered his assistance in getting her the help she needed, and in working with us to keep the costs minimal. He was very gracious in answering emails, and providing answers promptly whenever there was a co...ncern. Communication is key in any life-circumstance. We appreciate his ability and desire to communicate with his clients. Thank you.

Mr. Wiggins did a wonderful job in helping us determine the appropriate course of action for our case. We hired Mr. Kenneth Wiggins about 1.5 years ago to attempt to get our car back from a scam of an auto repair company called AAMCO. Come to find out, we retainted a scam of an attorney as well. We did not get 1 phone call that wasn't a return call. For our retaining fee we got a letter sent to AAMCO.... Which I'm sure they thru in garbage because months later they transferred the car title into their name. We can't get any information about the remainder of our retaining fee. Represent yourself before you give Kenneth Wiggins any money!!!

Mr. Wiggins was so wonderful to myself and our family. He always took calls with questions or concerns any time day or night even when he was away with his own family. Mr Wiggins came highly recommeded from two previous clients and I am very happy with our final court results. Mr Wiggins was ver...y professional in court room.
