Janelle Louise Esposito

I am the President and Managing Shareholder of Esposito Law Group, P.A., where I represent entrepreneurs, start-ups, private lending groups, and financial institutions in complex business and commercial matters. For more than two decades, I have guided clients through every phase of the business lifecycle — from entity formation and structuring to mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending, regulatory compliance, succession planning, and exit strategy.

My practice focuses on business law, banking, commercial real estate, contracts, and creditor’s rights. I regularly advise financial institutions on complex commercial lending transactions, operational compliance, and the onboarding and implementation of emerging technologies. I also serve as outside general counsel to businesses that value practical, strategic guidance tailored to their long-term goals.

I am admitted to practice in Florida, Texas, Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, and Colorado, and I appear in both state and federal courts, including the U.S. District Courts and Bankruptcy Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. I am a member in good standing with no disciplinary history.

Beyond my practice, I am deeply committed to serving my community. I currently serve as Chairman of the Board for the Manatee Chamber of Commerce and have held leadership roles with several civic and professional organizations. I believe strong businesses build strong communities, and I am passionate about helping both succeed.
