I just settled a dispute with my former landlord over prepaid rents and rent deposits. The landlord had previously agreed to release me from my lease so that I could purchase a home. He definitely knows his legal subject matter, and was fully prepared to handle my case. He also knows his way around the local legal circles, and I found him to be very fair, honest, and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with Attorney DiPasquale, and will re commend him to anyone who needs a high-quality legal mind in his corner. Derek represents everything you need and would expect in a lawyer. His communication skills, analytical approach to problems and his strategic thinking, have made him an invaluable consultant to me. Derek has assisted me through tenant/landlord disputes as well as construction lien and contractor dis...putes. While no one wants to hire a lawyer, when the situation arises, he is the most knowledgeable and efficient one I know. Lesson learned, give him a call before you try things on your own.
