Derek represents everything you need and would expect in a lawyer. His communication skills, analytical approach to problems and his strategic thinking, have made him an invaluable consultant to me. Derek has assisted me through tenant/landlord disputes as well as construction lien and contractor dis...putes. While no one wants to hire a lawyer, when the situation arises, he is the most knowledgeable and efficient one I know. Lesson learned, give him a call before you try things on your own.
