I met Tonya in 2016 when I sold my business, because I needed someone who would understand business law and also was attentive to my emotional connection to the business I was selling. She has always been friendly, caring and patient while explaining the legal procedures to me (who is ignorant of the... law and it's consequences). I hied Attorney Pitts to defend my home in Foreclosure and several other homes that got deeded to me. Attorney Pitts was always professional, very caring, Attorney Pitts always gave her best with defending these Foreclosure cases. After being in court I would tell her "I don't know how you go in to t...hese corrupt courts day in and day out and still have such a great outlook" Attorney Pitts took on these case and did the best she could she was facing evil, she was dealing with Corrupt Foreclosure Judges in these courts. I witness first hand how dishonest and corrupt these Foreclosure Judges are. I saw first hand these Foreclosure Judges are stealing peoples homes and not honoring there oath. These courts are Admiralty Maritime Courts, the individual sitting on the bench are not Judges, there Administrators to the Corporation. I shared a lot of this with Attorney Pitts and listen to what I had to say and respected my views, others attorneys where not open to what I was saying or trying to educate them. Attorney Pitts listen to what I had to say, and I understand Attorney Pitts hands where tied with dealing with my Foreclosure cases and dealing with dishonest and very corrupt Judges that should be removed from the bench. I witness first hand with a case Attorney Pitts was handling for me and this female corrupt Judge was rude and threaten to fine Attorney Pitts when she raised in court that the Bank or the Bank Attorney did not produce the original Blue Ink Signed Promissory Note. I have the highest respect for Attorney Pitts and I would recommend her to anyone. When I got very Ill and told Attorney Pitts what I had I could tell it touched her emotionally.
