Biography
Marla Stewart Owczarek is an Estate Planning and Probate attorney in Bradenton, Florida. She began her law practice over 15 years ago on Maryland’s Eastern Shore where her family owns a farm; over her time, she practiced throughout central Maryland and the mid-Shore. Marla joined Affordable Attorney, Gerling Law Group, to continue her Estate Planning and Probate practice in her new home state. Marla enjoys a client-centric practice in which she can meet personally with clients to learn their goals and provide advice and craft plans to best effectuate her clients’ wishes; she is pleased that Gerling Law Group’s focus on exceeding clients’ expectations meshes perfectly with her style.
Marla earned her JD from Tulane University in New Orleans, and her undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. Outside of working diligently for her clients, Marla enjoys spending time on the water, attending car enthusiast activities, watching British television shows and reading spy and mystery novels. Marla’s Great Dane, Gatsby, also takes up her free time, but she loves every minute of their time together!

Would recommend.
I consulted with Marla about estate services. She was knowledgable and accommodating. She made a confusing (at least to me) process easy to understand. I feel the fee charged was very fair. I recommend her for estate planning services.
