In this case, the client had a judgment in Florida, but the other party had moved to Georgia. Ms. Holmes was not willing to pony up without a fight - she tried to have the case dismissed by claiming im ... proper service. According to her, she was out of state, in Alabama. I managed to catch her in the lie by subpoenaing her credit card statements, which placed her quite clearly in a Daytona Beach TJ Max on the date of service.
