Neil E Snyder

I picked Neil because he was based on Marco Island, FL which is where I am. Huge mistake. I ended up stressed out even more after talking to him. He didn't seem to take anything seriously. He has a cat and a bird in the office and kept talking about them. It was the last thing i wanted to hear. He al...so charges hourly and I sure had to pay for his stories about his cats and birds. It was probably like 20% of the time he spent talking about this. He kept dragging everything and not responding. Terrible, absolutely terrible. That was at least my experience. I felt like I was being scammed.

This roofer did not follow up on his Warranty and refused to correct the issues on my roof. Mr. Snyder decided that they manipulated the facts and that pursuing it would develop into a long legal suit. I decided to withdraw from the suit. Mr. Snyder did not charge me for additional costs because he b...elieved the roofer would continue to mislead the court. Mr. Snyder is a fair, dedicated, and truthful lawyer.

My neighbor actually hired this lawyer but I was with her the entire time. He was hired to help with a visitation problem that her boyfriend was having in a Florida State Prison. She paid a retainer about the 1st of June and he was supposed to call her boyfriend at the prison and get his file and ...see what could be done to get his visits back. She also had done a lot of the research on the laws about visitation and gave the lawyer all the information. The lawyer finally called her boyfriend 2 months later and at that point he still didn't have the file. In the meantime she watched several other prisoners with visitation problems that hired a lawyer getting everything resolved within a few weeks. After the third month still nothing had been done so I convinced her to stop using this lawyer. When she did she got some of her retainer back but was charged over 1200 dollars and nothing had been done. The lawyer had no information for her, all he had done was speak to her boyfriend one time and he did finally get the file after 2 1/2 months (it should have taken a couple of weeks at the most). I told her to file a complaint but she won't she is to nice sometimes so I wrote this in hopes something like this doesn't happen to anyone else.
