With a law degree and MBA from Stetson University, Jason Hamilton Mikes entered Southwest Florida practice in 2003 at large international firm offices, cultivating unique skills in condominium and HOA representation, development, and commercial real estate. He has counseled hundreds of community associations, prosecuted more than 1,000 mortgage and lien foreclosures in Lee and Collier Counties, and supported developers on residential, commercial, golf, and marina projects. Since founding Hamilton Mikes P.A. in Naples in 2011, Jason has expanded his role as trusted counsel—providing contract review, governance guidance, and transactional oversight for clients across Marco Island, Naples, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers, Port Charlotte, and Sarasota.
