Benjamin Harris Yormak

I've never needed an attorney until things went wrong for me at my previous job. I was in bad shape, and a friend recommended Mr. Yormak to me. His service saved me! Not only is he up to date with the statutes, but he is also compassionate. His staff Evelyn Brown allowed me to cry on her shoulder an...y time I needed it. Mr. Yormak did as well. I was able to get my self confidence back from meeting with Mr. Yormak. He fought for me with everything he had, and we prevailed. I can't thank him and Eveyln enough for all they did for me. When I was terminated from my job, I called Mr. Yormak right away. I was not inspecting to speak with him right away, but he was available and was concerned. I provided all the facts to him and then we set up a meeting. He let me know right away how much it would cost to retain him as my attorney and... that he was confident that we would win. He let me know that there was no need for me to keep checking in with him to find out about my case, basically that he would keep in touch with me and let me know of any changes. He did keep in touch with me regarding my case and I kept in touch with him if I moved or what was going on with me regarding my case to help him. Mr. Yormak did not just settle with any amount the other party offered. He would let me know of his advise and I either agreed or disagreed. Of course I agreed with him and he knows his stuff. He was a great person to work with and if I ever needed an attorney, he would be the first person I would contact. He is upfront and honest from the beginning and he generally cares about his clients. His whole team is great! I would definitely recommend Mr. Yormak for anything.

I have worked with attorneys before and Mr. Yormak was by far the very best. Not only is he very knowledgeable about every aspect of the law, but he went after and fought for what he thought was right and what I deserved. I was very pleased for what he did for me. This attorney is still working on my case. His communication skills with his clients proves to be a work of Art. He has the foresight to give his clients precise and meticulous advice. I have found him to be extremely caring,friendly and very easy to talk with. He will not delude you about your c...ase. He will tell you if your case has merit so you will not be victimize by the system. He always has the time to discuss your case and is sensitive to your emotional issues.
