Maria A. Kalmanovich

I want to sincerely thank Maria Kalmanovich for being there for me during one of the most difficult periods of my life. When I was in immigration detention and didn’t know how everything would turn out, her support and professionalism gave me hope and confidence. Thanks to Maria’s hard work, I won my... immigration case and was granted asylum in the United States. I will never forget her help, compassion, and dedication to my case. I sincerely recommend Maria to anyone going through a difficult immigration situation.

We are incredibly grateful to our immigration attorney for winning our main court case and achieving what felt almost impossible for our family. Her professionalism, confidence in the courtroom, and deep knowledge of immigration law made all the difference. She truly cared about our future and fough...t for us every step of the way. Our whole family is deeply thankful and highly recommends her to anyone in need of a strong and dedicated immigration attorney. Искренне рекомендую. Особенно приятно говорить на одном языке с адвокатом.

Maria was my counsel and representative during my first appeal process, the new hearings, and the DHS appeal of the Immigration Judge’s decision granting my asylum application (this took place in Pearsall, Texas). After this long and exhausting process, I realized that my biggest mistake was attendin...g my first individual hearing alone. The immigration process in the United States is extremely difficult, but the appeal process is a complete nightmare — one small mistake can lead to the appeal being denied. But Maria knew exactly what to do to achieve the best possible outcome. During my new hearings, she managed the courtroom proceedings in such a way that the Immigration Judge had no grounds to deny my case. Moreover, she kept me fully informed at every step of the process. We had multiple video and phone calls to coordinate everything and discuss the key issues in my case. From our very first conversation, I felt that she could be trusted and that she truly knew what she was doing. And throughout the entire process, she never gave me a reason to doubt her. She proved herself not only as an outstanding attorney, but also as someone who understood that this case was a matter of life and death for me. She is truly passionate about her profession, and I would recommend her to anyone in need of an immigration lawyer. Thank you, Maria.
