We had been through a tumultuous approval process before getting to the the actual adoption process so we assumed it would be more of the same. From the moment we engaged, everything was smooth, fast and efficient! It took less than 3 weeks from start to finish and I couldn't be more pleased! I was very pleased with work she did on our adoption case and would recommend her for anyone. We even hired her for our second adoption because the service was excellent. She worked quickly and thoroughly to resolve any issues and communicated promptly with us anytime we called or emailed with ques...tions. Barbara was great. She explained the adoption process to us to get us started and then represented us at our adoption hearing. She was fantastic on checking our progress and in completing the necessary paperwork in an extremely timely manner. We were able to adopt in record time, only 6 months a...nd one day from our daughter's placement.
