Mark Joseph Alderuccio

I hired Mr. Alderuccio to help out with a pretty scary and chaotic situation where my family needed a probate attorney. We were worried we would lose everything but Mr. Alderuccio got everything sorted out for us with such ease. I wish we would have only reached out to his firm sooner. But Mr. Alderu...ccio made us feel a lot better while he worked everything out that needed to be. I’d 100% hire him again. He has over 30 years of legal experience and expertise. He answered all of our questions, and if he couldn't give us an answer to something immediately he would take his own personal time to research and provide us with answers and explanations, ensuring he was able to answer all our questions and provide us with the correct information at all times. He is 100% an asset and I will be referring others to him as well for any legal needs.

Does not respond to emails and often does not return phone calls. If you do get a hold of him, he makes you feel like you are bothering him. Like he is too busy to talk with you about the cases. Does not keep you updated on your case. I wish I wouldn't of wasted the money hiring him. Could have ...done better myself. In his defense, he might just have too many cases he's trying. He is short staffed. He does have a lot of experience.
