Matthew Alan Linde

I hired Linde to handle a personal matter. He seemed attentive and knowledgeable in the beginning but then he lost interest and called my case a charity case as he was being paid very well for what little he did. He did not complete my case as he moved as slow as a turtle and leaving me no choice but... to hire a new attorney. He over charges on his bills especially as the court house is 15 minutes from his firm. If you want to pay top dollar and not get anything accomplished hes your man! I would not recommend him to any one!

In May 2014 I contacted Matthew Linde's office seeking legal representation. Mr. Linde phoned me the very next morning and was very pleasant and professional. We discussed the issues and he then explained how he practices. His fees, billing, communication, etc... The lawsuit began August 2012 and ...I hired an Attorney September 2012. Although very kind there was simply movement of paper and motions for this and that with no Trial date in sight, and no communication which unfortunately has divided the family. In May 2014 Matthew Linde agreed to take the case, took minimal time to review the former Attorneys documents, proceeded with discovery, etc... with a Trial date set for June 2015. We did have Mediation in April 2015 and result, Settlement Agreement! Mr. Linde (out of 5 attorneys) was very prepared and the only one who walked into mediation "ON TIME", did not charge after a 12 hour day, and brought his computer, etc... So we could all sign (if agreement reached) right then! Mr. Linde as well as his excellent staff kept me informed weekly by e-mails and phone calls. Some of which were on weekends and evenings! Complete itemized billing monthly was appreciated. In closing yes, I would highly recommend Mr. Matthew A. Linde to anyone who is serious about trying to find resolution to their case.
