When only the best will do…… Unfortunately, divorces are a common byproduct of our modern living and blended extended families. Thanks to her confidence and legal expertise we were successful in the Appellate Court with a reversal on a key property issue. The resulting ruling, Nelson v. Nelson, 189 So.3d 788 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2016) is now apart of the Florida Case Law and has been written up in dozens of legal publications. This case is now used as the benchmark for family law and trust attorneys throughout the state. This process took 2.5 years to complete.
