Benjamin Ramsey is also an instrument-rated pilot with more than 25 years of aviation experience and a lifelong passion for flying and the outdoors. In addition to his real estate and construction practice, he assists clients with a variety of aviation-related legal matters, including aircraft purchase and sale transactions, aviation business formation, partnership and LLC structuring, liability waivers and operational agreements for flight schools and aviation operators, and aircraft mechanic and maintenance liens. His practical aviation background allows him to understand the operational and business realities faced by pilots, aircraft owners, mechanics, and aviation entrepreneurs.

Benjamin Scott Ramsey
Benjamin, was my attorney when I bought a land for my agriculture business. He was very diligent in advising me on all procedure to follow as well as prepare all paperwork and documentation to accomplish that. He was always available to talk and answer all question I had.
