Benjamin Ramsey is a business and real estate attorney with decades of hands-on experience in the real estate and construction industries, bringing a practical, business-oriented perspective to every client matter. In addition to practicing real estate law, Ben has been a licensed real estate agent and a certified general contractor for more than 25 years, giving him unique insight into real estate transactions, construction projects, development issues, and contract disputes. Benjamin Ramsey is also an instrument-rated pilot with more than 25 years of aviation experience and a lifelong passion for flying and the outdoors. In addition to his real estate and construction practice, he assists clients with a variety of aviation-related legal matters, including aircraft purchase and sale transactions, aviation business formation, partnership and LLC structuring, liability waivers and operational agreements for flight schools and aviation operators, and aircraft mechanic and maintenance liens. His practical aviation background allows him to understand the operational and business realities faced by pilots, aircraft owners, mechanics, and aviation entrepreneurs.

Contract and proposals
