THE worst of the worst

All the closing process has been extremely awful!! He does NOT get the paperwork done. He needs 20 emails and 20 other phone calls to reply 1. Is not that he is busy...he is incompetent and unprofessional. Is like a witch hunt to work with him. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

The worst

This guy wasn’t even my attorney. He was my buyers attorney and he messed my closing so much and tried to blame my attorney for his mistakes. Just don’t. Go somewhere else.

Poor communication

As a Realtor I expect to have good communication from the closing attorney. This closing horrible, it when wrong from day 1. No one would answer the phone or emails. I asked for the buyers deposit receipt and it took him a month to send it out. They screwed up the whole closing, never, ever will I us...e him.

Great Experience

Mr. Starling was the most patient and professional attorney I have had the pleasure of dealing with. He was level headed and handled all aspects of what could have turned into a very difficult home purchase with ease. He was able to diffuse a very volatile situation with the seller of the home we p...urchased and their attorney. I would highly recommend him for any and all real estate needs!

Excellent service and a consistent performer

Mr. Starling has represented our firm for a couple years and we have been very happy with his work. Knowledgable, answers his phone and emails, a creative thinker, good advisor, and fair pricing. He has represented us in numerous residential and commercial real estate transactions/closings, business ...litigation, and many contract negotiations. I highly recommend this professional.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
