I first worked with Ian through my business for various issues and he also filed my BP Claim for my business. He was quick, efficient and always kept me in the loop in a timely manner. Recently I have worked with him on two real estate issues and I am extremely appreciative of what he has done fo...r me on both matters. Both matters were extremely time sensitive and at times I needed his assistance urgently. He returned my phone call in one case on a Friday night at 7:00. His pricing is standard, and more importantly he is very fair with his billings. He will often answer questions over the phone or email without any charge.
