Quite pleased with representation

I hired this firm relative to a contract dispute (non payment). First, I found their fees to be very reasonable and not exorbitant. Very fair in this regard. The conclusion resulted in me getting the payment I was due; something that I was not successful trying to accomplish on my own. A lawsuit was necessary, however, prior to going to court, the other party succumbed and paid their obligation. I’m confident that without ZinnLaw representation, I would still be struggling with this. I would not hesitate to use this firm again should the need arise.

Exceptional Lawyer

Awesome Attorney...Awesome Job!

After extensive search for the right attorney, I settled on Brian Zinn to handle my BK case. Having had "bad attorney's" in the past for other issues, I was careful to study his reviews and qualifications. After my first meeting with him, I knew he was the right guy for the job. He made me feel comfortable (about a very uncomfortable position)...without being condescending about my situation. Brian is a "no nonsense" kind of lawyer who has strong knowledge of the law. He is both professional and quick and gets the job done efficiently and correctly the first time. I was an emotional basket case going through this alone and Brian had a way of putting me at ease and building confidence. Patient and informative

Although I ended up not having to hire Brian Zinn, I wont hesitate to should my circumstances change. Brian offered me a great deal of information and education in our consultation that will be useful as I move forward with my future. He was patient and compassionate during a difficult time. He is diligent in returning phone calls and emails. Great Job!

I recently used Brian Zinn for my bankruptcy proceedings. He made me feel at during a very stressful situation. He explained the entire process for me step-by-step. He responded to all my calls and emails right away, even at night and on the weekends. He also continued to protect my interests even after the bankruptcy was over from two annoying creditors.

Makes the Process Painless

Brian was the attorney that my husband and I retained when filing our Chapter 13 bankruptcy in August 2009. He was with a larger firm at the time and when he decided to go start his own practice we had the choice to stay with the larger firm or remain with him. The choice was easy. Brian is very knowledgeable and compassionate. He made a very unfortunate situation seamless. He is always willing to answer our various questions via phone or email and kept up informed when needed. Highly recommended!

I looked for direction from Brian when I was transitioning into a new career that required a detailed and quite lengthy contract.
