Louise O Hanaoka

Louise is extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. I never felt like I was an inconvenience or made to ever feel unimportant. Her office staff was amazing as well. Karen, Not sure if she's still there, was so kind and considerate and ALWAYS got right back to me abou...t all questions. I was so nervous and scared and actually sat there in tears before I met her. She was kind to me but most importantly, on my side and went above and beyond what I had ever expected. She is thorough and quick to resolve the issue and I felt she went out of her way to get results. I was treated like a person, not a client. I can't ever thank Louise and Karen enough for what they did for me. They always made time to talk whether on the phone or even in person. I have my daughter today because of her expertise and diligent work on my case. I'm actually about to consult with her again over my other child and I trust her. She's the only person I trust for custody.
