John Michael Robson

I was arrested August 2018. I reached out to several criminal defense attorneys for opinions. Before I made any retainer commitment I was in communication with John Robson. In September 2019 I found myself in custody without bond. 6 months later my case was set for trial. I was facing 5 years in prison. During these 6 months I met with Mr. Robson many times. He was my only hope at freedom and he never showed any sign of giving up. John and I fine combed the many details of my case. Exposing many issues with the arrest process, and the arresting officer. Along the way John was in constant communication with my family with any little change. This was huge for me being in custody unable to speak about the case over the jail phone. After months of incarceration the state was not willing to budge. The state clearly thought my best option was prison. The weeks leading up to trial I met with John several times for preparation. These meetings were critical for my willingness to actually go to trial. Never once did John lead me to believe anything non realistic. He was upfront and honest about the entire case. I was as prepared as possible for the worst but very optimistic for a better outcome. The day of trial John was outstanding. He was aggressive in our plan and stuck to it. In conclusion, the day of trial I was with my family for dinner. The state seen his passion and finally realized how strong Mr. Robson’s defense was which led them to back down. This was due to the facts of the case and the dedication of Mr. Robson. My family and I are forever grateful to John Robson and the Bogle firm. This was one of the best days of my life.
