Eric Ariel Reyes

Reyes.... This is the last time that you’re going to hear for me. Please don’t do me any favors with slightly threatening me at your office today, March 20, 2019. I’ve given Eric plenty of times to rectify this correctly and chose not to do so. I came in there to give you one more chance to do your ...due diligence and do the right thing, knowingly Eric said to me before court as I asked 2nd time; he was gonna ask for all attys fees...Which Eric knows the Judge Hayes DID IN FACT grant everything including the $125 uped child support that Eric put in to asking for even though it went through DV first. Eric saying PROBABLY tells me what I feel in my gut. I did not get HONEST REPRESENTATION. I had that same Judge, JUDGE HAYES and she told me to take this to FAMILY LAW when I was in DV taking Dallas back to court. Judge Hayes said this SETTLEMENT belongs in FAMILY LAW. So I did.. hired what I though was okay to represent me. I am being frankly honest in telling you I had some reservations on hiring Eric. Many flags, I chose to try to trust. I didn’t appreciate Erics wife going to extreme measures saying I was being rude/ cut him by his knees by the email I sent in Oct, 2018 but in FACT, it’s FACTS I wrote plus how I felt about my representation! That to me, taking $1200 and not completely being factual and all this is just absolutely I’m thinkable in my mind that somebody can do this to me . I asked over the phone and in person for you all to amend exactly what Judge Hayes has granted $125 sent through the mail not myfloridacounty.com and I believe it was you all being rude and told me to go get another attorney. I did get really bad representation by Eric! I am allowed to have my opinions- voice them in hopes you’d see how wrong you did me for $1200.00 and the $115 court costs and I did not appreciate Eric‘s wife what seem to me as a threatening I’m not gonna help you out now because she wrote him that email that cut him to the knees and you were rude. I wasn’t rude. FACTS! It’s true what I wrote! It’s in the COURT MINS. I didn’t appreciate how when I talk to Eric it was a couple hundred dollars off that I didn’t get for attorney fees when in fact it was almost $600 in attorney fees that I did not get back that he was supposed asked for. Absolutely a CIRCUS!!!

No return calls got all money paid up front than. Disappeared ....says he does not get the messages from his office lol Wife./Secretary. LOL they all lie and did not do anything for my divorce just took $3000.00 for Nothing......NOT prepared for court at all....did Not tell me about court date to be... there .AND HE....did NOT even show up for the court date said he didnt know about the court date.Said next date was on the 9th but was on the 10th even put court was in the wrong court room and at pm not am.....would never tell anyone to go there for anything first check with the Florida Bar i wish i did about him We didnt have any kids or any thing to divide just wanted a simple divorce and he lost my x husband did NOT even have an atty.....for anything and he won because of Reyes ....so sad
