Eric Ariel Reyes

Reyes.... This is the last time that you’re going to hear for me. Please don’t do me any favors with slightly threatening me at your office today, March 20, 2019. I’ve given Eric plenty of times to rectify this correctly and chose not to do so. I came in there to give you one more chance to do your ...due diligence and do the right thing, knowingly Eric said to me before court as I asked 2nd time; he was gonna ask for all attys fees...Which Eric knows the Judge Hayes DID IN FACT grant everything including the $125 uped child support that Eric put in to asking for even though it went through DV first. Eric saying PROBABLY tells me what I feel in my gut. I did not get HONEST REPRESENTATION. I had that same Judge, JUDGE HAYES and she told me to take this to FAMILY LAW when I was in DV taking Dallas back to court. Judge Hayes said this SETTLEMENT belongs in FAMILY LAW. So I did.. hired what I though was okay to represent me. I am being frankly honest in telling you I had some reservations on hiring Eric. Many flags, I chose to try to trust. I didn’t appreciate Erics wife going to extreme measures saying I was being rude/ cut him by his knees by the email I sent in Oct, 2018 but in FACT, it’s FACTS I wrote plus how I felt about my representation! That to me, taking $1200 and not completely being factual and all this is just absolutely I’m thinkable in my mind that somebody can do this to me . I asked over the phone and in person for you all to amend exactly what Judge Hayes has granted $125 sent through the mail not myfloridacounty.com and I believe it was you all being rude and told me to go get another attorney. I did get really bad representation by Eric! I am allowed to have my opinions- voice them in hopes you’d see how wrong you did me for $1200.00 and the $115 court costs and I did not appreciate Eric‘s wife what seem to me as a threatening I’m not gonna help you out now because she wrote him that email that cut him to the knees and you were rude. I wasn’t rude. FACTS! It’s true what I wrote! It’s in the COURT MINS. I didn’t appreciate how when I talk to Eric it was a couple hundred dollars off that I didn’t get for attorney fees when in fact it was almost $600 in attorney fees that I did not get back that he was supposed asked for. Absolutely a CIRCUS!!!

I was lucky to find Eric Reyes. He is representing me in a difficult case; he reviewed the case prior to meeting with me and when we sat to discuss the case he remembered everything about the situation. I felt like I was sitting across from a friend who really cared about my grandchildren. He listene...d to everything I had to say and he replied "I can help you and your grandchildren." I left his office so confident in Eric and he has yet to disappoint me. He was kind, considerate, understanding and reasonable. When I went to work the next day I said, "Many patients fall in love with their doctors I think I love my attorney." Not really love but it has been a long time since I felt the confidence in someone as I feel in Eric and his office. I can't thank him and his office for all their help. So pleased!!!!!!

Attorney Reyes was very diligent in representing my husband in his Family Court matter. We had recently moved to New York from Florida and soon after were served with a Petition for Relocation of his 10 year old child. Although we would not object to the mother's relocation, as it would bring the chi...ld closer, we hired Mr. Reyes to ensure that we would be awarded a fair amount of parenting time. We were very pleased with Mr. Reyes; as he responded to our correspondence immediately and answered all of our questions without hesitation, which made us feel very secure in our decision to hire him. With us now living in New York Mr. Reyes made it possible for our mediation to be conducted via telephone and also attended the mediation in my husbands absence. We feel that Mr. Reyes did an outstanding job in representing us and we highly recommend him.
