Katherine Renee Kyle

Katherine grew up in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina in the small town of Sylva. At the age of nine her parents were divorced, and it was then that she aspired to pursue a career as an attorney. After high school, Katherine attended Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, North Carolina, graduated with a degree in history, and began attending Florida Coastal School of Law in 2008.

While attending law school, Katherine participated in the Family Law Clinic, worked for the Jacksonville Area Legal Aid, and The Edwards Law Firm, in the areas of Family Law, Criminal Law, and Estate Planning.

Katherine and Kevin married in 2011 after meeting and falling in love in law school. Katherine became a member of the Florida Bar in 2011 and began her legal career as a Social Security disability attorney. She pursued Social Security Disability Income (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits for children and adults, giving them access to lump sum and monthly payments and health insurance. Living and working in Jacksonville and Ormond Beach for several years, Katherine and Kevin relocated to Cape Coral in 2016 to further pursue their ambitions.

Working since the age of thirteen, Katherine has always been committed to honesty and dedication. She is incredibly gifted in problem-solving and seeks the absolute best outcome for her clients. Katherine was employed by Thrivent for almost nine years, where she gained her insurance and securities licenses. She worked as a financial advisor, community engagement leader, and ended her time with this Fortune 300 company as Manager of Engagement over the Southeast Advisor Group. Katherine has a desire to help others take control of their futures, both legally and financially.

The Kyles believe everything they are blessed with in this life is a gift from God and are zealous advocates for their clients. They reside in Southwest Florida along with their three fur babies, Belle, Dixie, and Lilly. In their spare time they enjoy adventuring around the world, meeting new friends, and spending time with their loved ones.
