Bryan was a pleasure to work with in creating our family trust. He was energetic, clear to understand, and did a great job of breaking down complex topics into easy to understand language, using humor and stories to illustrate principles. We never felt rushed, as Bryan always took the time to be sure... we were completely comfortable with the process before moving to the next step. Bryan and his office manager, Lorraine, are lovely people, and made us feel right at home. Bryan’s pricing was also very reasonable and upfront, especially considering the time and effort spent on creating our family trust.

We were referred by our RE agent. Bryan and his staff did an excellent job with our will, trusts, etc. They always answered any questions within a few hours. The documents were very thorough. Bryan gives you all the tools you need to get your affairs in order from a binder with tabs and notes to ha...ndouts with info on what to do.

We kept putting off creating our Will and getting our Estate Planning in order so we attended one of Bryan's informational dinners. We were impressed by his knowledge of not only these areas but a lot more that we had not even considered, e.g. Living Family Trust, Power of Attorney, Living Will, Hea...lth Care Surrogate, HIPPA Release, Certificate of Trust, etc. Not only does he perform these services but he ALSO DOES FINANCIAL PLANNING! Bryan and his assistant Lorraine were very responsive to our needs as they performed and produced the necessary documentation in a timely manner. Bryan explains things in terms that one can easily understand and how the state operates when these documents need to kick in. We also discussed pitfalls to avoid when utilizing these processes when it becomes time. The end results put us at ease knowing that we have our after-life plan in place and organized. We were provided with a checklist of what to do with all these documents once finalized, i.e. originals in a safe place, copies of documents to doctors, care facilities, health care surrogates, etc. It's amazing all that needs to be done just to bow out of life so our kids don't have to scramble to make all the preparations to close our estate.
