Ronald Lee Hiss

Ronald Hiss was my attorney for my divorce case from my husband. I asked repeatedly to be kept informed of billing against my case. Ron Hiss charged the full attorney rate even though his paralegal was working on the case. This was in violation of our contract. It was explained when he was hire...d and in the contract that he would charge his rate when he did work and the paralegal would charge her rate. When I reviewed the bills, which I did monthly, there was bills for attorney time during meetings he did not attend. I know this because I was there with his paralegal. When he was confronted about this, he would not respond and I had to hire a new attorney to resolve this issue and finish my divorce. My experience between him and the other law firm I hired were night and day. The other firm returned calls, had accurately billing, and never over promised results.
