Travis Lee Russell

Mr. Russell was appointed to represent my husband on a violation of probation. We paid a very good lawyer to help with the charges that violated him and they were all dropped. My husband is still sitting in jail two months later because Mr. Russell has continued this case multiple times due to his “s...cheduling conflicts” which included a personal vacation and a bar conference. The only reason my husband is still incarcerated is because that Mr. Russell does not have any empathy for his clients and doesn’t care if they sit in jail while he goes about his life. If you are appointed Mr. Russell as a public defender, my advice would be to fire him immediately because you could literally get ANYONE else who might care on a roll of the dice, but he definitely will not put your best interest first.
