Biography
I have been practing law in the Fort Myers, Florida area for over 30 years. My law practice specializes in the areas of real estate law, association law, business law, probate and litigation. I hold both the Florida Bar Board Certification in Real Estate and the Florida Bar Board Certification in Business Litigation. In addition I recently received the AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating by Martidale Hubbell. This rating constitutes the highest rating an attorney can achieve from his peers in the areas of legal knowledge, analytical capability, judgement, communication ability and legal experience.
My office staff consists of two full-time legal assistants each with a different area of office hours are from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.

Honest and Straightforward!
Mr Dryden assisted my elderly mother in defending her against a harassing type lawsuit and brought it to a favorable conclusion for her. He was prompt,honest and straightforward in his representation. I have referred numerous people to him in my line of work and I highly recommend him.

Thomas owes us $1,650.00 for unperformed services. Thomas Dryden has acted in an unethical manner towards us. He made sure he received our retainer BEFORE he admitted to us during a phone conference that he was unfamiliar with parts of the Florida Landlord/Tenant Laws. Research your attorney's record...
