Biography
Jason W. Holtz is a litigation and transactional attorney who focuses his practice on real estate and business disputes.
Mr. Holtz’s experience with appraisal practice provides a unique ability to handle appraisal related litigation including mortgage foreclosure/post-short sale deficiency actions. Additionally, Jason has significant jury trial experience and has represented numerous individuals in civil and administrative professional liability cases.
Jason is a member of the state bars of Florida and New York, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida.
Jason is published in the Working Real Estate magazine and has presented a seminar on appraisal-related litigation to the Appraisal Institute. He has also presented to real estate forums sponsored by the Fort Myers News Press, South West Florida Real Estate Investment Association and various Southwest Florida realtor boards.
