Destiney Rochelle Smith

To make a long story short, I was married to a man for 2 1/2 years. It was a parent that the relationship was over, so I filed for an uncontested divorce online with the state of Florida. I paid for it, and all he needed to do was sign the papers. Fast-forward a month later, I get a notice that he is... suing me for divorce and half of my assets and payment for his debts. this should’ve been open to close case as we did not have any assets together. He was coming from nothing and I had money which he was trying to obtain and this went on for over one year. Destiny was more than amazing! My ex was very conniving and sneaky and had an attorney that tried to make me look like I was the bad guy. Also, his attorney would not respond to my attorneys calls or emails so by Destiny‘s advice, we went to trial. She showed up with 2 inches of documents, whereas my ex-husband’s attorney showed up with 3/4 of an inch. She was more than professional, did not try to attack , she just stated the facts. I was very scared that I was going to lose half of my worth as my ex-husband is of retirement age and has nothing. Not only did she give me a win in court, my ex-husband actually owes me money. Though I don’t expect to see any money from him, Destiny was worth every single penny I spent. I would definitely use her again. Hopefully though I won’t need to. She is the best!

Destiny has represented me for over a year now and even in the most stressful part of my whole life she made things just that much easier. I am beyond thankful for what she has done for me and my family and i don’t even have 1 bad thing to say! She was an amazing person to work with and i am truly bl...essed to have met her in my time of need!
