Brian Scott Bartley

Brian Bartley is the Managing Partner of Kelly Kronenberg's Fort Myers office and represents clients throughout Southwest Florida. His practice focuses on Civil Liability and Personal Injury defense. Brian is an “AV” rated attorney, a prestigious honor that specifies lawyers with very high preeminent legal ability and is a reflection of the lawyer's experience, expertise, integrity and overall professional excellence.

Brian is certified by the state of Florida to provide Continuing Education courses for employers and insurance adjusters.  He is a member of the Florida Bar, the Lee County Bar Association and the Sarasota/Bradenton Claims Association. Brian successfully coached and mentored a high school mock trial team and actively participates as a judge at the annual moot court competition at Ave Maria Law School in Naples, Florida.  Prior to joining the firm, Brian practiced Personal Injury law, General Liability and Civil Liability defense, handling cases involving Slip and Fall accidents, Negligence, Automobile cases and Wrongful Death claims.

Originally from Charleston, West Virginia, Brian graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Miami with a B.A. in Political Science in 1991.  After graduation, he served as National Chairman of a bi-partisan student political organization and was listed in Who’s Who in American Politics.  Brian then attended the University of Miami School of Law where he was an Editor for the University of Miami Inter-American Law Review and competed nationally as a member of the school’s Mock Trial Team. He graduated cum laude in 1996. Brian is licensed to practice law in Florida.
