Justin Stephen Orosz

The Law Office of Justin Orosz represents clients throughout the state of Florida in both criminal and civil matters. We provide excellent representation in a cost-effective manner and take great pride in the results that we achieve for our clients.

​While attending law school, Justin gained valuable courtroom experience and began his criminal law career while serving as a clerk for a Judge in Broward County. While there, Mr. Orosz was responsible for researching complex legal issues, writing briefs and assisting the Judge with daily activities. Next, Mr. Orosz served as an intern at the Office of the Public Defender. While gaining a great deal of hands-on experience, Mr. Orosz drafted legal motions and participated in the defense of clients at the juvenile, misdemeanor and felony levels.

Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Orosz began his career at the Office of the Public Defender where he personally handled thousands of cases from misdemeanor to felony matters. From the start, Mr. Orosz dedicated himself to representing his clients to the fullest by taking cases to trial.

After entering private practice, Mr. Orosz has continued to demonstrate his full commitment to his clients by participating in numerous jury trials. This demonstrated commitment resulted in receiving an award for being a Top 100 Criminal Trial Attorney and a Top 40 Under 40 Criminal Trial Attorney and an Elite Advocate in 2020.
