I wanted to have some changes made to my will and I texted my attorney in Indiana. I advise them that I had moved to Florida, and he advised me to talk to an attorney here immediately because Florida law is significantly different regarding wills and trusts. So I checked around and found Nielsen law.... Just warning you if you want this attorney to do work for you, you better call and make an appointment as soon as you can. She is excellent and created a revocable trust for me. I believe that her pricing is reasonable and I can assure you that she is exceptionally thorough. Her administrative assistant, Gail, is exceptionally organized, cordial and most of all helpful. Met with Jennifer to review our current Living Trust, from up north. Wanted to be sure, now that we are full time Florida residents, that our trust would "work" in Florida. We discussed, got a fair price, and updated the necessary documents to be in accordance with Florida law. The process was do...ne in a timely and professional manner. Not our kids have a local contact when the time comes.
