Whitney B. Ambuter, Attorney and Counselor at Law, earned her Juris Doctor degree at Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas. A graduate of Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, she was a member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority, continuing an active role as an alumni in the Sarasota/ManateeCountychapter of the Kappa Kappa Gamma Alumni Association. Ms. Ambuter augmented her formal education by clerking with legal firms in Florida, New York and Texas, and interning in a corporate environment in Boston. Originally from Plano, Texas, she returned to Florida and resides in Sarasota. Passionate about the rights of the individual, Ms. Ambuter maintains a statewide practice focused on representing the interests of employees. She is in good standing with the Florida Bar Association. In her free time, Ms. Ambuter enjoys spending time with her dogs, Daisy and Lucy, and volunteers at the local humane society.

Between A Rock and A Hard Place
Whitney Ambuter is an excellent labor & employment attorney. Whitney can be a little hard to get her on the telephone. Whitney Ambuter won my first case and did a beautiful job, doing so. I wish I had found her about 3 years earlier. I would highly recommend Ms. Ambuter!
