Biography
I have practiced Workers' Compensation defense since 2004, with extensive experience throughout Florida, including experience writing appeals and arguing appeals in front of the First District Court of Appeals in Tallahassee. In addition, I offer representation to those businesses that have received Stop Work Orders from the State of Florida for failure to obtain adequate Workers' Compensation coverage, and who need to either have the Stop Work Order challenged, or who need assistance getting the Penalty lowered.
Prior to attending the University of Florida College of Law in Gainesville, I spent 7 years in the United States Navy, working as a Russian Linguist and Intelligence Collections Analyst. After leaving the Navy, I worked for my family's Construction business in Naples, while completing my undergraduate degree at Florida Gulf Coast University.
