She was generally unresponsive, inattentive, and did not demonstrate much skill. She missed an important court filing. She was also unable to even serve the defendant despite being in the same courtroom as the gentleman's lawyer which delayed the case for months as the defendant's attorney simply r...an out the clock. We ended up losing, which was surprising given the facts but not surprising given my representation's skill level.
