Biography
In practicing family law in southwest Florida, I concentrate on helping my clients get through one of the most difficult times in their lives. I handle divorce (or dissolution of marriage) cases, both contested and uncontested, as well as child custody, child support, alimony, timesharing, post-judgment and dependency/Florida DCF cases. I have handled all of these types of cases and will advocate on your behalf should you hire me to represent you.
I am one of the few private attorneys in southwest Florida who handles DCF/dependency cases so if you are being investigated by DCF, or have had your children sheltered (or taken away from you), please call my office for a consultation. I will see to it that you are strongly represented through the whole process.

BEWARE - Prioritizes billable hours
Don’t hire her unless you plan to spend $50k or more in billable hours with little results. She has a temper and if you express your frustration with the legal process she will retaliate and leave you to represent yourself without any remorse.
