Jason Rios

Hired Jason for my husband VOP. He failed a drug test. jason Rios has no clue what’s he’s doing. My husband is classified as a violent felon with special concern. So he has to have a danger to community hearing. Jason made it out to be a huge deal. P.O. recommendation is to continue drug class. Jason... couldn’t even get treatment plan from counseling. I had to go get, a release form take to the jail while they had my husband sign that he can get them, and he still hasn’t gone to pick it up! Then his last court date there was a offer and he would not tell him nor I what it was! so my husband called his office later that day and they told him he was busy to call later. Later came no answer. Next day called, because that is his right to know what their offering, put him off again. So he had his mother do 3 way and guess who answers the phone , Mr Rios. As soon as my husband said something Jason said he feels like my husband is harrasing hi I'm and he's going to take him self off the cast! I will never recommend him to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Guest im going to have to take him to Courtney to get my money back, because I feel he has stolen my money. Save your money, hire someone else

Almost 2 years ago, I trusted Jason Rios with my son's case. A questionable decision, at a very young age, would have haunted him for the remainder of his life had he taken the advice of law enforcement. Mr. Rios accepted the case without delay and assured me my son did have options. After taking i...mmediate action and following through, he made certain my son's interests were represented and his record wiped clean. Hiring him is among the best decisions I have ever made. Once he went to work, I realized there was no chance I would have been able to navigate the paperwork and events that followed successfully. I am confident that my son's continued success in life is possible in large part because of expertise and professionalism of Jason Rios.

I had Mr.Rios represent me when I had a DUI. I was terrified and never been in a situation like that before but he made me feel a lot better about the situation and worked with me though every step of the way (and I know I'm not the easiest person to deal with). He was really thorough with everything... and always responded and had a solution which is big for me because I had a lot of question and was really confused about the process. I'd highly recommend him and if I ever (let's hope not) need legal council again I'd definitely hire him in a second.
