I can only praise Mr. Dr. Douglas Molloy for his honest, caring, fair, reliable and "smart" handling of the cases. He is also only a human being. If there were some misunderstanding (what two reviews show), please think about, maybe there were some communication issues, and not everybody gets along ...with everyone, that is human nature.
