Christina Holly has been hands down, the absolute best attorney through my parenting/time sharing case. She has a transparent, fierce, yet level-headed approach to her practice. My case started in March 2020 and has been resolved as of June 2021. It was drawn out due to the other party’s shortcomings... through case management meetings, mediation, then unfortunately eventually trial due to the lack-of from the other side. When I was served with divorce papers I was feeling stressed and anxious and knew I needed the best attorney to defend my interests. Note that Christina guided the communication and was proactive throughout the entire case. Christina filed almost all the motions, papers, etc, guided the agreement conversations and emails, and submitted the final judgment to the Judge. From the time I was served the case was settled and signed in less than three months, which includes waiting a couple weeks for the Judge to sign the final judgement.
