I was paying monthly for life insurance over 10 years for my mother. Due to prolonged heart failure and her age, she passed away last year and now rest in peace. I called the insurance company to place my claim, and they gave me many roundabouts. It finally came down to them sending me a letter stati...ng that I cannot receive any claim as I had missed some payments. I had indeed missed approximately six months of payments. I had spoken to a representative that stated if I wrote them a check for all six months that was missed, I would then be reinstated and be eligible to claim later.
