He was like a warm blanket that wrap around my cold shoulders. After the accident i was trying to take care of my 89 year old father and myself. He took care of things that needed to be done and kept in contact, email, phone etc. I felt cared about and his office staff was just as warm and pleasant.... I just wish he practice in other areas of law. He is a keeper.

Back in 2015, I had an automobile accident that altered my life. While lying in my hospital bed, I spoke with a representative from Steve Brown’s office. Minutes later, almost before I could blink my eyes, Steve was at my bedside taking my statement. It wasn’t until later that I would find out how... Steve’s prompt action would be crucial to the outcome of my case. If Steve had not arrived to take my statement when he did, the evidence he needed to build my case would not have been preserved. Steve Brown and his staff communicated with me regularly. I was well informed as to how my case was progressing or if there were any potential snags. Steve never presented me and my husband with any false hopes about the outcome of my case. He simply gave us the facts of what might or might not happen during the processing of my case. The only promise that Steve made to us is that he would work hard in our behalf, and that he did. From the day I first met Steve until the day he closed my case, he has always been compassionate, courteous, patient, and professional. Steve’s staff is an extension of him. They genuinely care about the people they represent. I keep Steve’s office on speed dial, if only just to say “hi”.

Initially I met Steven Brown in the Lake Wales office while visiting with Howard Kay several years ago. I was totally impressed with this gentle giant of a man not even thinking we would meet again until several years later. I am still shaken and reliving how in just a millisecond a life can so drast...ically be changed. I went from a 64 year old female with the ability to perform as well as any 30 year old to a "426" year old in a heartbeat when someone ran a stop sign and destroyed my pride and joy and turned my life upside down. This occurred on a Saturday and I called for Steven Brown. On Sunday I received a call from his associate Mark Meyer who was caring and took the time to gather facts and assured me I would receive a callback the next day. Monday Mr. Brown called me and set a time the same day. I was totally mesmerized by his empathy, knowledge and overall demeanor. Instantly I knew I could trust this man with my life. Throughout all the medical appointments there were occasions when I would not be permitted to drive. Steven took the time from his busy schedule to drop me off then picked me up. Who does that but a friend. Then when he heard about another catastrophe unrelated to the accident, comes to my home to console me. Again, who does that but a true caring friend. Steven is surrounded by those who reflect what he emanates - his lovely wife, Mary and Debbie and Becky - professionalism, knowledge, compassion, honesty and genuine caring about who they are serving and what they do. I was kept up to date on all communications with the other insurance company and transactions in my best interests. The medical professionals Steven recommended were of the same caliber. All my questions were answered and I was included in conversations. I am of the opinion there is NO ONE I would rather have on my side than Steven Brown and would advise anyone the same. He is an enigma and absolutely one of a kind.

We had Steve Brown as our lawyer for an fall my husband had at a business Steve was excellent he kept in touch with us constantly my husband had a fall when we were in Florida but had to return to Michigan.
