I hired Kevin James D'Espies to help me agree to a Parenting plan and child support because my ex dragged it out of years and I couldn't continue to have a lawyer. Kevin James D'Espies told me he would help me with this so it's fair by law on both sides. WELL, he didn't! I paid $1,000 to have his par...alegal type up a parenting plan and for him to tell me to pick up the father's sack. DO NOT HIRE!

I hired this lawyer to help me fight for custody of my children to keep them safe from there abusive father and he failed to do so. He told me I have nothing to worry about and did everything he could to investigate my case until trial time. In the court room he did absolutely nothing to help me. ...He refused to turn documents into the judge and pictures showing the bruises on my children. I have to now do 50/50 custody with a man who is still abusing my children . This lawyer has the most rude people working for him. I went through hell with his office when I would contact him. My bills would charge me the same service twice. I'm sorry I have nothing good to say about this lawyer. If you just want to throw money out of the bag and waste your time then call him.
