Shelby L. Loveless

We moved from NC to Florida and had to get our POA and Will re-written and made an appointment with Shelby. We were so happy to have met her and work with her on this process. She is so kind, patient and a true professional on what she does. I highly recommend her no matter what your situation is. Sh...e takes the time to explain everything, answer all your questions and we never felt rushed or that she didn't have time for us. She is the BEST!!

In 2019 myself and my husband moved from Michigan to become full time residents in Lake Wales, FL. At that time we hired a local attorney to review our wills, medical directives and legal documents to comply with FL statutes. Fast forward 7 years, and some serious health issues, we again wanted... to have our legal documents reviewed, but this time we hired Shelby Loveless on the recommendation of a good friend. After our first meeting with Shelby both my hubby and I knew immediately that she, and her staff, FAR exceeded the knowledge and expertise of the first attorney we had hired. She and her entire staff were friendly but professional and very competent. On our second visit all of our documents were reviewed, fully explained, finalized and given an awesome binder with both paper and electronic copies of our documents for our final wishes and medical directives. We are 100% completely satisfied with Shelby and her entire staff from beginning to end and highly recommend them.
