Probate case

Shelby completed the work on my case in a very timely manner. I was told by others that it would take up to 6months or more and it took just a little over 6 weeks. Extremely happy with the outcome. Highly recommend this firm.

Helping in a time of need.

Outstanding Expertise, Patience, and Friendliness

My mother passed away during the beginning of the COVID pandemic. I live out of state, a two-day drive from Florida. Not knowing anything about the laws in Florida or anything about the attorneys in Lake Wales I asked the funeral home for a reference. I was directed to Shelby's law firm. Shelby worked with me virtually and by email which was an extreme help not having to travel out of state when there were restrictions in place. We had a couple of unique situations to work through during closing of the estate but Shelby, and the rest of the Weaver staff, were always patient and very helpful when I had numerous questions. Great job Shelby and your staff! I truly appreciate your expertise, all your patience, and friendliness shown to me.

Amazing Attorney

Shelby took all the worries out of this most complicated process. I have worked with her from Massachusetts since 2017; she facilitated a smooth transaction from a situation that had many roadblocks and issues. She took the time to present things to me in layman's terms keeping me informed and up to date throughout the process. Shelby Loveless was an exceptional attorney following my brothers death. She was always listening and make you feel important, and was always available when needed. She went beyond what was expected in recovering my brother's car title. That in itself took a lot of time because it had to be coordinated with California DMV. This lady is worth her weight in gold. Sale of house by multiple remote sellers

We hired Shelby's firm to prepare and execute documents to sell a home we inherited. The entire process from beginning to end was done quickly without any issues. Shelby was great

My mother passed away unexpectedly. I found her will which had been prepared by Mr Weaver's office. Shelby walked me through the process and was so compassionate when addressing any of the matters concerning my mother. She kept me informed every step of the way and took care of everything. This was a Godsend since I lived 250 miles away from my mom. In the course of handling my mother's estate, Shelby discovered my father's estate hadn't been closed completely and she tookcare of that as well.

Twice working with these pros and would do it again.

Shelby and her associates are amazing. Braylee and Victoria are also fabulous. Very responsive and helpful. We have worked with this team for both my dad and my aunt and they were helpful. It took some time, but now we have peace of mind and feel good about the whole situation. Much appreciation for the time and consideration. Muchly needed during a depressing and difficult time, they were there. THANKS to ALL!
