Shelby L. Loveless

Shelby and her office staff were very professional, friendly, and knew their "stuff". From a layman that knows very little about estate planning , we left her office feeling very confident that we had come to the right place and that our estate was handled accurately so our love ones will have no pro...blems after we are gone. I would highly recommend Shelby for all of your estate planning.

Shelby was easy to reach when I had questions or concerns. I was from a different state and various factors differed from where I was from. I was very disappointed that I had to leave my Mom's safety deposit box. We had the keys but Mom didn't add my name so I was not permitted to open it. I had to... forfeit the contents. My only option was to reopen my stepdad's estate and that would be expensive and require me to stay there or fly back and forth. It just seems that there should be a way for family to collect their inheritance instead of the state getting it. I wish that more time could have been aloted to this matter. Shelby had a friend that was a cpa and she would handle Mom's taxes . That was great until I was billed $1,800.00 for a very simple return. So I lost things and money completing my Mom's estate but I never could have done what was needed without Shelby. She took good care of us during our time of grief.
